Beautiful experience! After a short canoe ride, we learned about this Emberá community’s history, culture and traditions, we walked with a healer botanist through a pathway in the forest, ate fresh fish and fried plantains, got traditional designs painted on our arms, danced, and bought beautiful hand-made crafts.
